"We had trouble finding the entrance to the hotel by car, sign posts led us to an underground carpark but then signs seemed to stop. Once we got to reception the staff were polite but did not know how to pay for the carpark saying we needed cash when ApplePay was fine.
The room was fine, clean and comfortable beds. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good.
The only reason we stayed was for a stress free early start the following morning for our flight home but the reception staff booked 12 people onto a 10 person airport transfer and the driver took out his frustration in French on the passengers waiting.
In balance I would not book again given the other options available."
