"Great check in experience but my room was not cleaned well. Numerous chest hairs in the tub…I don’t think the tub had been cleaned at all. Water pressure in shower was only moderate and the shower head was so close to the ceiling that anyone shorter than 5’4 wouldn’t be able to reach it. "

"The additional $42 plus tax per day was unexpected for me. That looks bad on expedia for not properly disclosing it. Would have rather stayed closer to the city if i knew that extra expense. "

"Felt very welcomed and taken care of by the attentive staff. The entire facility was new, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had two rooms, and they accommodated our family well. The location is great - close to the beach and many stores and restaurants. The gym was small, but it was never crowded. Highly recommend if you don’t feel the need to have a pool. "

"Staff was great, but the room smelled so bad and was honestly just dirty. We only stayed one night. There was a nice young lady at valet, she was so helpful. "

"Great place, but dirty all around. The main pool is always dirty. There is no staff cleaning during the day. The pool on Saturday was totally crowded and not enjoyable. The worst part of it was that the area where they have the taco hut and some chairs on the beach was totally full with trash on the morning. It wasn’t just a thing or two. It was full with garbage from the day prior. It felt like that was their MO, just leave it be and pick up the next morning. I spent 40 minutes with my two kids cleaning while explaining why this was happening. Just a total shame "

"The hot tub wasnt hot at all, it was barely luke warm and they didnt have towels out at the pool but other then that it was a great stay. Super close to the beach and shops. I would stay there again."
