"This is a wonderful and relaxing location. We took a long weekend, but quickly lost track of time and were in our own oasis. Relaxed and taking in the sunset. Drinks by the pool were great, the food on the patio was delightful.
The hotel is a little aged, rooms need some touch up to the wallpaper and a little rust to the fixtures in the bathroom, but overall a clean location and well worth the visit. Will definatly stay here again.
BE AWARE OF THE A/C OVERFLOW. Ours was located in the bathroom...

"The room itself was extremely small. I knew I was getting a double bed but the size of the room was just compact. No real room for any movement. There was a spider in the sink, rinsed it down the drain. An hour later, same spider was back in the sink. Another in the shower. I strongly dislike spiders and was not expecting that. Staff was very helpful during check in."

"We loved our stay with you. Thank you so much for the upgrade to our room! It was so luxurious to take a bath in the huge bathtub. We really enjoyed the lovely happy hour and breakfasts. All the staff were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you also for the use of the bikes. We had a wonderful bike ride around the island. We highly recommend this place. So close to many restaurant options, stores, and walking distance to the beach, too. We hope to be back!"

"This is my second time at the Bower. My first time it was amazing and I knew what to expect the second time around. Let me say , it was even better! The staff , amazing ! "The room was very clean and well maintained the bed was cozy, but the property itself is just laid out in an old manner. Live and being well-maintained it's just so old that it's dysfunctional..
