"I stayed for 3 nights in July 2026 in Room # 320 From beginning to end, all staff were superb & accomodating at every encounter. My room location was extremely quiet with a mountain view, which I had requested. I loved all the southwestern pots placed around the hotel, and the western themed paintings were realistic to look at. I had a fully equiped mini-kitchen, with a tall refridgerator/freezer combo. The room decor was relaxing, & my bed and pillows were comfy."

"We booked this hotel because we wanted to take the kids to the pool/lazy river and enjoy it for the day. Pool was wonderful. Room was ok. Could've been cleaner and the bedding was old enough to notice they need to be updated. We also had trouble with the tv, it's preset at a low volume and since I'm hard at hearing low voices/volumes I couldn't enjoy watching tv."

"Desert Diamond Casino and Resort was very well maintained, the staff was helpful with a few questions I had about the area. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was large and clean. There were several food options and the meals we ate were all very good as well as the portions being good sized. The prices were quite low for the restaurants considering they were in a hotel casino, I had a quesadilla nd my husband had sandwich. We both had desert which was very good. "The staff was very nice the beds where good but the bathroom looked old"

"Last minute trip with Dog and accommodations were limited. Unfortunately, due to overgrown grasses, my little Yorkie had burrs or stickers that had to be removed each and every time we went out. Not only did they hurt her, it caused me pain to remove them. We willl never stay there again!"
