"Great staff! The room, bathroom, tv, and microwave were all clean and useable. The only downfall was the gym was out of order for use. Would room there again!"

"We spent the night with a group of friends celebrating a birthday. From checking in to checking out the staff was amazing. The restaurant staff especially the twin bartenders provided fabulous service and we’re very friendly. All the food was great and we enjoyed our time listening to the band at night. We will definitely make this an annual event. Thank you."

"Hotel is not clean & the amount of what appeared to be homeless people in & around the grounds of the hotel is very disturbing! Did not like there were also a gang of Harley Davidson bikers there as well. Would not recommend staying here"

"The room was fine. A little used but clean. The facility is really lacking especially with parking. They seem to have plenty of open slot for Elite members who obviously never go to North East, PA. On the other hand they forget about handicap parking with only two slots for the entire hotel. Including myself needing one I saw numerous cars with a placard but no where to park. They need to rethink their parking situation. Makes it tough for someone to load and unload in tight spaces."

"Great location off I90! Lots of space in lobby to gather with friends and family. Loved the big screen in lobby where we could watch FIFA games. Felt our room was dark so it needed better or more lighting."

"Plenty of nearby parking. The breakfast bar is a nice plus. Staff are always kind and helpful. A few cosmetic things, in the room, needed attention. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles, in the shower, were all empty as well as the lotion and tissues, on the counter. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. Still a pleasant stay. Will return…"
