"Hotel was lovely, very close to all central attractions. Reception staff especially Jasmine was first class. The only downfall was the hot water which was non existant. After working on it for 2 days the hotel asked us to move rooms, which even though an upgrade I detest doing whilst I am away. Compared with other indigo properties Bangkok and London this one is sub par. Overall the experience was 8/10"

"We stayed at Milan Retreats in the Panoramic Apartment. The first thing that I would call out is the location - it is two blocks from the Duomo in a quiet and lovely building - at night it is extremely quiet despite the location being in such a heavily trafficked area. But once you walk outside, you're right in the heart of the Duomo area, with shopping and restaurants right there. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The only little issue we had was that I am about 6 feet tall,...

Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"Clean room, helpful accommodating staff, air conditioned rooms that work, windows that open in your room. Modern and sophisticated style and great location for walking to all Milan has to offer. We added the breakfast which was nice with friendly staff. Only complaints lack of orange juice and fresh fruits, otherwise had your traditional Italian breakfast options."
