"I arrived to the room not stocked with towels, soap, toilet paper, or a sponge. Theres no ice machines in the building the only way to get some is to carry it in a garbage bag from the bar on first floor. The A/C was unusable due to the constant smell of burning plastic that emitted from it. So for the 3 days i was there i had to be in uncomfortable heat. When i spoke to the staff about it all i was met with were excuses on why i couldn’t switch my room or be fully accommodated. I’ve been to numerous Hyatts/hotels and this by far was my experience."
