"The front desk service was great! The room was very clean and spacious. Our room was next to the elevator and stairwell. The elevator did not pose as noisy or bothersome, however, our bathroom was smelled of continuous cigarette smoke, most likely get sucked in from the stairwell (not sure) but if you have allergies, avoid this area and make sure you get a room away from the stairwells. The price was fair and plenty of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. Grat choise, we would stay...

"Staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.The hotel is central located. The free breakfast is a plus and out of this world. Laundry room opens 24/7 with free detergent & fabric softener. We enjoyed our stay there , the 2 nights went fast. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I’ll stay here again when I come back to Ottawa."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at The Swiss Hotel. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. It was a smaller room, but perfect for my husband and I. The location is convenient, as it is right off Rideau St. The area can be a little rough, but the immediate area around the hotel was clean and felt safe at all hours of the day. We also loved the Nespresso machine. Great stay, and the owner and her son was the sweetest! So friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for your next...

"Best location in the city. Great gym, nice looking pool (didn’t use it). Friendly staff. Best hotel bar/restaurant. Downside. No plugs near bed or really anywhere except at the desk and they were not tight so my cords were falling out. Bathroom plugs also loose. "
