"WE couldn't get the air conditioning to work. But we only used the room to sleep in because we were going straight out after check out to a concert and back very late. I am sure the lady on reception would have sorted this out because she was so helpful.
Hotel is in a great position, to get in and out of Alicante very easily. Plus intown garage parking absolute winner. Dropped suitcases parked changed and out."

Staff polite, knowledgable & friendly, thoroughly recommended"
"Our stay was fantastic. Staff very helpful, very clean hotel. Only very small nitpick was the beds weren’t the most comfortable and were two beds next to each other so had to try and not fall through the middle! Other than that superb location and would definitely stay again!"
