It is very charming with traditional shutters and feels like a special place that has seen a cosmopolitan life and celebrations and been central to it. "Room was generally clean but leaking water from the toilet cistern had got under the flooring creating mould in floor joins which you wouldn’t notice unless you walked over it barefoot. Which I did, leaving dark cross hatching on my foot which then had to wash off after already having a shower. Flooring needs replacing and toilet needs fixing."
