"Spacious rooms with seating area and mini fridge and kettle. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Great location on the beach. Varied buffet breakfast. Not enough sun beds or shade in the lower pool area but the top terrace pool was great although again not enough shade. No kids club activities even though advertised in the lifts that miniclub was at 4pm and the receptionist had no idea either where it was or if it existed!"

"Wij werden allervriendelijkst ontvangen door de receptie, spreekt goed Engels. Het eten, zowel ontbijt als diner, is bijzonder goed en veelzijdig. Ook mijn man met glutenallergie heeft kunnen smullen. Het dakterras heeft een prachtig uitzicht met gezellige bar. Ook is er een zwembad en worden er gratis strandlakens verstrekt. Al het personeel zeer vriendelijk en spreken goed Engels."

"Great pools and the children activities were excellent. Clean and nice room with a balcony. Very good breakfast. I just didn't like that there were a few cats around the mini-golf area. "

"Our room was absolutely rotten. Our bed had really bad stains on it but they tried to cover it up with another sheet. The pillowcases didn’t even fit the pillows. New sheet put on but didn’t even go right round the bed. The dust was horrendous. We ran our fingers over the surface and left the load of dust to see how long it would take for it to be cleaned and when we were checking out the dust was still there in full sight so that was 8 days it sat on a pile. The water in the sink took forever...

"The 4 star rating is very misleading- there are no amenities, no restaurant, room service, gym or pool. The advertised roof top terrace is permanently closed. In addition the room was dirty, small and dingy- see picture of white towel on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Shower was so tiny you could not even bend down. We have stayed at nicer 2 star hotels. Also, showerhead was broken, shower and sink did not drain so you had to stop your shower several times to let water drain out. Lastly,...
