It is a little bit far from everything but there are markets nearby and the bus is really easy to take. My only complaint is that when we arrive, the man at the reception told us that we had not paid, he charged us for our stay, we could not get the receipt from Expedia because we had no Internet, and he would not give us Wi-Fi until we paid. "The property and rooms were absolutely beautiful. Only problem we had was carrying our luggage up a couple of long flights of stairs. (no elevator in this older building) I noticed that help was offered to several other people checking in, and was curious about that."

"Logement bien situé au coeur de Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Appartement propre, calme et plutôt bien équipé. La décoration est un peu datée et le couchage sur canapé lit plutôt moyen (le lit s'affaisse). Pour le prix la prestation reste néanmoins tout à fait correcte et le personnel de l'hôtel à été accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"In a great spot with parking on site if booked ahead. The room was small and dominated by the bed. The bathroom was a wet room style and pretty much everything in there did get wet because it was small. Good place to stop for one night, not sure it was a large enough room to stay for significantly longer."

"Property is in the midst of a building site. The restaurant wasn’t open. Had to take the car out to get food and a drink which meant one of us couldn’t drink. Breakfast was extremely limited in what was offered. Air conditioning in the room was non existent despite us booking a comfort room not a budget one. Probably wouldn’t go back."
