Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys. The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able. "Karina is an awesome host. We had payment issues and she was very patient and tolerant with us. The suite is very cozy and warm and even though it's on the lowest floor it's very bright and cheery. Walking distance to central Bath. We will stay here again next time we're here."
