Hotel dekat Cotton Exchange Building

"Very disappointing anniversary stay. Parking was advertised as limited, but the alternative parking was also scarce and poorly monitored, with guests taking multiple spaces. Twice we had to park on the street, once paying for parking. We were also not told this was an apartment complex, a significant safety consideration in Memphis. We received only TWO towels for four nights, and every towel smelled sour. After requesting more the night before, we had to rearrange reservations and wait the...

"Great stay!!! Enjoyed the duck march and staff very professional and responsive to every need. Would highly recommend"

"Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. There are lots of humming noises from the HVAC which may affect sensitive sleepers, but I got used to it pretty quick. Breakfast was solid and the parking was easy. Conveniently located to get to just about anywhere we needed in Memphis and was even within walking distance of Beale St. I'd stay here again."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, valet parking was super convenient. The stay at Residence Inn made our visit to Memphis very pleasant"

"It was a nice and clean room. The hotel staff were nice and the whole environment was great."

"This location is on Peabody Street very close to Beale Street which is closed off early in the afternoon monitored by police so we had no issue walking around going to restaurants and bars during our three nights stay. The hotel had a good breakfast, breakfast staff were very pleasant as well as front desk staff. The only complaint that we did have is twice the self parking barcode scanner failed to work, which caused an inconvenience to us by re-parking and having to go in and getting a new...

"The valet people was awesome. One of the assistant managers went way out of her way to help me with my EV parking and charging."

"Our check in lady was incredible, super friendly and helpful. She greeted us warmly whenever we passed by, like a brand new friend. Unfortunately, the other front desk staff were not as friendly or helpful. Maybe they have too many other responsibilities because it seems their focus was not on the customers. We took advantage of the $10 breakfast, which was very nice and great value. Great price for breakfast which included cooked, bakery and cereal items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
