"Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig und naturnah. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und immer für tolle Gespräche zu haben. Das ganze Grundstück ist beeindruckend in Größe und Artenreichtum. Zum Frühstück gab es selbst gebackenes Brot und selbstgemachte Marmelade sowie auch weitere Dinge. Toller Aufenthalt !"

"Our host was so delightful, friendly, and accommodating. She was a wonderful taste of local Ireland hospitality and reality, excited to have us stay in her beautiful Bed and Breakfast. The room was spacious and the facilities were expansive and beautiful. It was awesome to be in an agricultural, quiet area like a respite from the bustle of traveling. The drive wasn't bad and there are worthy locations nearby to see. The breakfast itself was massive, delicious, and a great opportunity to taste...

"Wonderful"

"Cathy is a super host! She made us feel very welcomed. The property is very cute. Her breakfast offerings are fantastic. We had a faux pas with the guest washing machine and she graciously assisted late in the evening and had our laundry back to us by morning. "

"We were visiting Kilkenny and chose Kate’s Rest to stay at. The owner was so kind and took the time to chat and help us with anything we needed, it was a very personable experience. We stayed in a beautiful apartment (we had one double and two twin beds) what came with a kitchen and lovely open shower. The views are unbelievable and it was a great location. We would highly recommend a stay at Kate’s Rest. "

"Very good location in city. Parking place in side of back yard (behind of gate), very good spacious and safety. Room for single was also spacious. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comtable, I sleep very well. Breakfast was good. Personnel in hotel was very friendly and helpful, I got plenty of good information of city."
