"Got it and gave me the wrong key. Aside from that it was clean and good."

"Was only here for one night, and it was my first time at a hostel, so consider that. The room was quiet and the guests were respectful, but the shower and bathrooms were not well maintained and dirty. I found the staff was fine, but not helpful or pleasant. The surrounding area is convenient and well placed. Maybe it was fine as far as hostels go, but I won’t be staying here again."

"I requested a twin bed because my companion could not sleep. I am 76 years old and not able to enjoy stairs this place a a lot of stairs as we were placed on the top floor. But anyway , it’s over and still grateful to have a place for us."

"G8 price for 3 star accommodation which included breakfast. Bonus is the best prices for dinner and beer at University prices. Recommend to book when available."

"The greeting on arrival was good but although the paperwork said rooms available from 3pm the receptionist said it was 4pm so we couldn't access our rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bed comfortable and the shower good. Breakfast was included and there was ample choice of cooked or non-cooked items. We were able to leave our bags after checking out and pick them up later in the day which was very good."

"Utter disaster. Arrived at hostel to be told that it was under renovation and no room was available. Simply not good enough from the hostel and Hotels.com. "
