"Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much. Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre"

"THE HOTEL WAS EXELLENT STAFF WERE BRILLIANT NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE FOODVWAS FIRST CLASS BAR STAYED OPEN UNTIL LATE EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL FROM THE CLEANERS UPTO MANAGEMENT ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND SPOTLESS WE HAVE STAYED THERE ON TWO OCCASIONS BEFORE AND WOULD DEFINATLY STAY AGAIN"
