"Location is 0.5 miles from Appalachian Trail. The air conditioning works well, warm shower and comfortable bed. The dinner next door is affordable with a great meal selection."

"It was difficult to find my room because there were two buildings and the staff didn’t tell me which one it was in. The scrambled eggs were good, but hot food wasn’t out for breakfast half the mornings making breakfast inconsistent."

"Beds were hard as hell. May as well been sleeping on a piece of plywood. Girlfriend and I both had back pain in the morning when we got up. Could barely sleep because of the beds. The TV remote and hair dryer were both sticky. God only knows what was on them. The room was dusty around fridge and could use a good dusting and cleaning in a few spots. Definitely won't be returning."

"Our room was... Okay at best. Found another person's underwear behind a stool, shower curtain was stained and the shower itself looked grungy, outlets were falling out of the wall or couldn't hold a phone charger. Walls were paper thin, could hear the room next door clearing their throat. We come down to this area from NH once a year, and we wont stay here again."
