"This hotel is the best Ontario hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We truly felt like we were on vacation despite living within an hour of the hotel. My friends and I spent a weekend here and had the best time. The staff are so nice and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The amenities are amazing. We used the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, speakeasy restaurants, and enjoyed so many activities around/in the building. Papi’s speakeasy restaurant is such an amazing experience. It felt like a Michelin star restaurant. The food was incredible, some of it was made at the table. The staff were so friendly and attentive. There was a live saxophonist playing during dinner. We didn’t have to leave the hotel/area all weekend because there is so much to do. It’s attached to shops and The Factory. We went duck pin bowling and sang karaoke there. We also were able to walk to a bunch of surrounding breweries. It was the best time!"

"The room was spacious and very clean, we had a bathtub and a walk in shower which was awesome. The pool and atrium were beautiful, wish it was a little bigger because it was very crowded. The arcade was cool, prices were on the high side though. 2 things would have made it even better-coffee service in the lobby and included breakfast. Would definitely stay there again."

"Very kind employees at check in and check out. The motel is dated and has lots of room for updating. Duct tape on things in the elevator, rooms need to the painted and the carpets were stained BUT the bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. No coffee maker in the room unfortunately but they did have complimentary coffee in the lobby. Would stay again as the price was good for a night."

"Really old property. Needs a reno desperately. Smells like mould feels damp. Check in staff was nice. Bathtub didn’t drain was kinda gross. Food expensive in restaurant for what it is."
