As a result, I could not sleep properly that night and had a sleepless, uncomfortable experience. The next morning, I contacted Expedia, and only after Expedia intervened did the hotel agree to change my room. This was extremely disappointing because the hotel ignored the customer’s direct request but responded only when pressure came from Expedia. Overall, it was a very awful experience and one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. But I am very happy about the Expedia help line."

"Bed was soft and mattress tilting me floorward. Shower tray was blocked, cutting short my shower. The bathroom sink was the size of a dentist's spit basin making it impossible to shave. Lights in the communal corridor didn't switch on with any of the switches so be sure to have a torch with you to safely stay this hotel. No bedside table or power socket anywhere near the bedside. I wouldn't stay here again."
