"Beautiful gardens surround what clearly was a stunning manor house in its day. Met at reception by a cheerful helpful lass who soon had us booked in. Room was very dated and tired and desperately needed a full refresh. A questionable mark on the bed valance caused concern. "Room was clean and large! “Small” breakfast started at 3 am for those with an early flight and it was anything but small! Staff was very friendly and helpful and it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the airport!"

"Freshly cooked breakfast with self service. Items such as Haggis, Eggs and so on refreshed or renewed constantly and reasonably quickly. A good variety. Parking is easy and they even have EV charge points. Staff are very helpful and polite. The room was clean and made up daily. "

"The main entrance is fresh and modern with excellent and friendly staff. Free filter coffee and tea available at all times. Room was very clean however, the bed was small, rock hard with uncomfortable pillows. Having hard floors also meant the room was quite loud. Can't beat the location but, expected more for the price."

"It has small bar and very accommodating staff , breakfast is good for the price I pay.We managed to check in early as the room is available and we did had a good rest as we have an early flight. Location is walkable to prince st. And deans village but you can get a bus going to town centre."
