"Definitely far from being a five star rated hotel, though all of my complaining did get me upgraded to a lot better room for the same rate. The staff are ridiculous, they could not figure out my booking through Hotels.com, and took a long time to find me a room that was dirty and lighting did not work in the fancy console. No bar as it was advertised, pool is not heated, staff does not know how to charge your room, was double charged twice for the rooms, since I prepaid via hotels.com and they...
