"We absolutely loved our time at Borgo Cozzana! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The owner is extremely helpful, fun, and polite, and every single staff member we encountered was remarkably attentive, kind, and professional. The hotel itself is perfect. It is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and smelled amazing. On top of that, the location is excellent for exploring the area. We couldn't have asked for a better experience....

"Great location, excellent food and wonderful staff. My only negative was the room. We had the family room for 4 and it was a bit tight. The way the bathroom is set up is not good. The bidet was set up was right next to the shower, so it made it awkward getting in and out. The shower was uncomfortabley small and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The mattress and pillows were rock hard and it caused pain in my neck and shoulders. For this reason, I would not...

"Great place. Excellent location. Matteo is great communicator and offers options on parking. Pay for private parking thru the property. $7 shuttle to hotel unless you have 1 small bag. If more than a small carry on then get the $7 shuttle. Only negative I can think of was that the mattress could have been better but fine for 3 nights. Great breakfast on the roof. "Amazing staff with great local recommendations. Property was spotless, welcome water upon arrival. Perfectly located to stay in Poliagno A Mare. We had a rental car and left it at the train station for ease, only a quick 4 minute walk to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel."
