"We spent one night. We arrived after 10pm. There was nobody at reception, just a kiosk with which you checked in. It had a screen with which you talked with someone remotely and it printed your room key cards. Interesting tech, but a woeful customer experience. Our room was clean but shabby. I wasn’t comfortable walking around in bare feet on the carpet. Guest amenities like the coffee and tea service were low end budget quality. There was only one other guest in the Inn so it was definitely...

"Does not have the parking options claimed available on website. Staff only gave verbal description of the parking options, omitting the costly parking trap. Should have easily handed out a one-page flyer clearly marking the options on a map. Posting fines on a not-clearly-marked parking spot is a nice way of saying welcome to city. The parking garage is on the other side of the road. Need to cross the busy main road, but there is no light for crossing and the cars are not waiting, so not very...
