"Great location, very central to everything in the city including the new stadium. Breakfast was great! The rooms are not big but they are well designed and for two of us they were just fine. We'd definitely stay again."

"Don’t stay here. It’s freezing cold in the room. Heater doesn’t work. It’s directly above a tattoo parlour that plays douf douf music until 3am. That’s in addition to the pub across the road that is loud until 1am. Hotel is too tight to pay for Netflix or any streaming. They assume you are from NZ and can log in using a NZ account. Oh and you can barely open the shower door due to toilet placement. Incredible badly designed bathroom. Go stay at the Novatel. I wish I had."

"I had Breakfast and main meal down stairs in the restaurant. Great food, happy to accommodate Gluten-free requirements. Very well maintained and excellent laundry facilities and communal kitchen if you wish to prepare your own food "

"Room was modern, spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed, large TV with many working channels. There is a cafe on ground floor and various eateries nearby. Only a 5 minute walk to CBD edge and also to catch the famous Christchurch vintage trams, which are a must for all visitors. Really enjoyed my 2 night stay."

"The breakfast menu was fresh, healthy, and delicious—I really enjoyed it. I didn’t use the laundry service this time, so I can’t comment on that, but the room was very clean and well organized. All the staff were kind and welcoming. If I visit Christchurch again, I will definitely stay at Sudima Hotel. I truly appreciate the chef’s excellent food and the warm, friendly service from the staff."
