"My car was broken into. Two other cars were also broken into. The police said it was a regular thing. A van pulls up. Guys jump out; break car windows and leave the parking lot within minutes. I suffered over a thousand dollars in theft loss"

"The rooms were definitely not very clean at all. They look like they had been renovated but not kept up. We originally book a king suite(2 room suite) and were told they only have one of them and it was "out of order" due to a water leak. They didn't tell us this until they had already checked us into a room they knew was incorrect and I asked about the mix up. Anyhow, we worked out that issue and I was fine with staying in the current room and they were accommodating and gave us one night of our two free. It wasn't a horrible stay but the rooms were quite dirty and we had absolutely no towel bar or anywhere to hang wet towels after showering. There was dried CHUNKS of food on the couch and spots on the sheets. They was quite a bit of dirt around the toilet and the couch also. The breakfast was lack luster. Waffles, some fruit, oatmeal and sausage that looked a few days old. Also VERY watered down juice. Overall it wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed and the staff was friendly. "

"We were in the Event Center, and the bathrooms were disgusting. We would go back to our room on Saturday. Sunday we had to check out at 11am; and using the bathroom was horrendous. I don’t know why they didn’t have event staff checking on them every so often"

"Convenient when flying out early they have a shuttle and you can call to book your room and do park n stay. It's 9.00 a day for parking but better than waiting and waiting in the airport parking lot . The room was clean I just think it's in need of some touch ups and repairs for a Hilton affiliated hotel. "

"Last time we stayed here, I booked a suite. I should have again. Instead, I booked a double queen and although the room was nice enough, they put my daughter and I on the 4th floor with a bunch of families surrounding us. All I heard was kids and mom yelling and babies crying late into the night and early in the morning. A few other minor things, our toilet clogged, our mini fridge didn’t keep anything cold or even cool, and the hot tub was temporarily down. They did offer a voucher upon checkout when I mentioned the fridge so that was nice. Next time I’ll ask for a quieter part of the hotel."

"Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We booked this hotel while in town for a cheer competition, and unfortunately, the experience never improved after a rough start. The WiFi was advertised but did not work at all during our stay. The “breakfast” offering was essentially nonexistent. Upon arrival, the TV was not functioning, and the room had clearly not been cleaned properly—dirty bedding is completely unacceptable. We were also given very limited towels and washcloths, and when I requested more, I was told they were entirely out. Front desk service added to the frustration. The staff member, Ellen, was frequently unavailable, with a sign indicating she was assisting another guest, yet she appeared to be outside taking multiple smoke breaks. The most significant issue was the lack of air conditioning. The room was extremely hot, making it very uncomfortable for my family of four to sleep. I requested an accommodation for the first night due to these conditions, but my concern was ignored. To make matters worse, the hotel requires payment prior to arrival and threatens cancellation if at least the first night is not paid—yet the quality of the stay did not come close to justifying that policy. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property. "

"Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Found some items from previous travelers so it made me second guess the cleanliness of the room. I have stayed there before and this wasn’t an issue prior, I will add. "
