"This is a ski lodge situation on the top of a mountain with many other similar ski lodges - very hard to find unless you are a skier and have been to the lodge before! Signage could be better as well when phoning for assitance. Automated phone system that discusses sales before providing help to finding the facilities. Nonetheless, great facities and excellent overall room. Somewhat dated and well used but a nice place to stay."

Room 201: Toilet Flush Tank ran all day & night. Hopefully they will fix now after i mentioned to them
Hot tub: No jet in hottub. Just hot water
Pool: Too much cold water & everyone avoided going into it
Breakfast: Everything ranout at 0830am & they were struggling to complete the guest request. Not enough seating space as well. Staff & manager were helpful though.
They need to pay attention to maintenance of plumbing fixtures.
May return again"

"Assuming you don't mind stairs, it was wonderful! We didn't use the whirlpool tub or the hospitality room, but I guess it was nice to have that option. We slept well, and the staff were great."

"This was a memorable stay. The historic significance was really informative and so compelling. Happy that our money spent is going to the communities that have been impacted.
The grounds were stunning! Beautiful gardens and well kept. We enjoyed the gym, golf course, casino and comfy bed. Huge rooms and really nice staff sealed the deal. Numa restaurant was farm to table deliciousness as well!"

"We booked a quick one night stay with our small dog as we travelled through. The room we received was good. It had more space than we needed - 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. We liked that the room felt clean and the floors were hard, not carpet, with the dog. We used the coffee maker in the room. Would stay again for a quick overnight stay. Basic room and amenities. It’s advertised as dog friendly but I couldn’t find a nice space to take the dog out just a strip of rocks by the highway or rocks...

"Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The Lady who checked us in was a little grumpy (pretty sure she was the owner) but well worth putting up with a salty check in for the price, comfort, and cleanliness...Perfect pit stop if you just need a quick overnight...Oh yeah, the cleaning lady (we think) walked in on us in the morning. "I was locked out of my room every single day because they didn’t have my key programmed so every day at 11 or something my keyboard shut off and I would have to go have it reactivated. There were people walking around that were obvious extremely high on drugs and I asked the front desk person if that was something that’s normal and it just kind of shrug and smiled and I was like OK. I guess I need to stay inside. It was extremely dirty where other peoples trash was there there’s mold growing in...
