"There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. "Staff were beyond friendly and accommodating, we brought our Pug and they had set up dog bowls, cozy bed, snax and a toy! We truly enjoyed the valet parking, SO easy, Always fast and the staff rocked it!! The Rooftop Bar, was packed, yet we were able to find a table and chairs and even invite our friends. Great experience! We look forward to coming back! "

"This was a nice hotel perfectly located in downtown Boise (e.g., close to businesses, great restaurants, and the Saturday market on 8th or 9th street). It is close to the Boise airport (10 minutes) and had easy self-park. The room was clean, staff were nice and very helpful, and the room was very comfortable. We planned to buy more for our family dinner as a treat to surprise family but when we met up they were already raving sbout those! We also had a family dinner sat night and wine person was great!! Service excellent! Only negative was our tiny tiny room.. 2 people could barely turn around no room for luggage & bed was a full size. :( Do not book that room! Bathroom tile was cute though."
