"Stayed for 5 days. The rooms were fine overall, but it’s definitely an older hotel. We were visiting during Bike Week, so there weren’t many hotel options available. Unfortunately, we had a major issue with the fire alarm in our room. On Saturday night, it started beeping in the middle of the night. We reported it at 5:00 AM and were told it would be fixed. When we returned later that evening, it was still beeping. Someone was sent up to fix it, and it stopped for a few hours — but then it started again in the middle of the night. This same situation continued for three days. Every day, I went down to the front desk to ask them to fix it. Each time, they would attempt a repair, it would stop briefly, and then start beeping again a few hours later. We endured two completely sleepless nights with a loud beep going off every single minute. On the third night, after we were at our breaking point, they finally offered to move us to another room — at 9:45 PM. To make matters worse, the desk clerk that evening acted as though we were a major inconvenience. She basically tossed the new room keys at me without so much as an apology. I understand things happen, especially during busy events, but three days of an unresolved fire alarm issue and the lack of customer service made this stay extremely frustrating."

"Room was very dated, rust in bathroom, paint peeling by shower. N0 maid service the 3 days we stayed. When i spoke to front desk about it the gentleman said she has 150 rooms, she cant get to all of them. You can call at 8:15 to request room to be cleaned. For what i paid i shouldn't have To. No coffee for the room either. They ran out. At breakfast there was no coffee. Had to wait. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN or Recommend. "

"Room was very outdated lack of hot water door had huge gaps around it and felt unsafe also it was very cold out and heater was less than sufficient plus upon arrival got hit with $100 deposit that was not mentioned when booking not a hold but a deposit that takes forever to get back"

"Do you like dirty floors, fly covered walls, hair and make up marked pillows and sheets that isnt yours in the bed, sludge plugged shower, a tv with 6 channels, a room phone that doesnt work and a staff that doesnt give a damn? Then this is your spot.. how this spot got a 9.6 score blows me away. The people that scored this place so good must stay at some scary places."

"Did preregistration online. I had already paid for room. I got there, they claimed they needed the credit card that had already been charged. Also asked for vehicle info, which I had alert done online. Then, I was asked for $100 damage deposit!!! I’ve never paid a deposit. First room no hot water, second room no hot water. Daytona Bike week, every motel in city is full. They said they’d discount room. I didn’t have much choice. I went out for evening, came back, pulled sheets down. There’s a hole in mattress!!! Luckily I had 2 beds. In morning I went to see manager. She told me I’d get discount of 15%. Wow $10. Big deal. I got home and checked credit card, no discount yet, but a second hold for $100 deposit!! I would never stay here again!!!!!"
