"The room had a musty smell. The furniture had water damaged and the bed sheets had cigarette burns on them . Considering we booked a non smoking room. No fresh towels for the next day. You had to bring the old ones down to have them exchanged. This room was the worst ive had in my 60 years on this earth and the unwillingness of staff to change rooms or provide daily maid service made me feel like we where staying in a motel rented by the hour!. The pool was disgusting and full of green algae....

"Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well."

"AC was swamppy and muggy with high humidity in the room, the batheroom had hair and debris from previous guets, I was afraid to walk around barefoot, room counters had crumbs from previous guests and sticky surfaces throughout the 2nd double bed pillows looked used with creases from previous guests only 1 bed in the room looked and felt like it had fresh sheets and covers, The free breakfast was only toast, apples do not recommend at all."

"CONTACT DIVISION OF HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS!!!!! We did not stay on the property longer then 12 minutes and were refused a refund at this time. I advise anyone to contact Border patrol, code enforcement, divisions of hotels and restaurants along with filing a suit for theft of service. This place is a scam, horrible conditions, mold, vomit, urine alllll over the entire room. Mattresses were brown. Then the staff tells you that you will be granted a refund and then denies it. Then they refuse to...

"Unacceptable hotel conditions. Rooms were dirty, dusty, with mold, rust in the bathroom, and a strong smell of humidity and cigarette smoke. The furniture had an unpleasant odor (similar to urine). I tried to change rooms, but all were the same. I had to leave early and lost a prepaid night. I do not recommend this place at all."
