"people being loud at night. mentioned issues with the toilet but no one ever came. despite weekly housekeeping that was also hit or miss. high summer pricing in effect but the lack of meaningful amenities and other things don’t justify the weekly rate"

"Visiting family. Excellent stay but there were issues with our reservation - when we arrived they didn’t have us in their system. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we got it all worked out. The hotel is in a convenient location, clean, and well maintained."

The staff didn't help and said to contact Expedia for a refund which I still have not received 10 days later... This place was a Zero."
