"Excellent price and good location. Friendly staff and rooms were clean. Comfortable beds. They had an outdoor pool, exercise room and game room. We were only there overnight so didn’t get a chance to try out all the amenities. I would definitely stay there again"

"Love that there’s a bar / restaurant on property, but the facility just feels old and not well maintained. One elevator was out of service for the entire time, and the remaining one felt like it’s on its last legs, very slow. Room cleaning - one room had prior guests food leftovers still in the fridge, and the other had the toilet seat up & toilet paper roll messy, as if someone had used it since it’d been cleaned."

"The staff members were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping tidied up the room even though we were only staying two nights. The hotel is convenient located on Route 30 in York. The only blemish during our stay was the bathtub was slow to drain. I mentioned this to the desk staff when we checked out."

"Disappointed in housekeeping service. They put dirty clothes back into our suitcases , put a toothpaste cap that fell on the floor of the bathroom back onto the tube , moved things around that we couldn’t find, and the sink flooded the bathroom from the pipe when turned on because they moved the nozzle around when cleaning. We had to use our clean towels to clean it up."

"The room smelled like chlorine and mold. Definitely an older hotel with few room updates. Pool was unusable due to the number of kids in it most of the day. Breakfast buffet was embarrassing for the price that was charged. Waited over an hour to get food when we did order off the menu. Would not stay here again."

"The staff was very nice, accommodating. Tv didn’t work we had to call the desk, bugs not flies , the room had a bad smell Very loud fan- could not sleep the first night. We found the noise it was above the door way to the bedroom- fan was filthy. They are adding a whole side of rooms- they need to take care of the main building"

"Decent hotel if you’re just looking for a quick stay. We stayed three nights and were not impressed with housekeeping at all. They did not clean our room the last two days. The first day they cleaned our room they didn’t even clean out our sink or countertop and I made sure to remove everything so they could clean it. Be prepared there are no vending machines at this hotel so if you want a snack, you’re out of luck. Not there there is an expensive hotel downstairs, but we chose not to use it....

"I think you need a real person to check guess in at night. Plus in the morning the front desk was on the phone the whole time. Even got in our why trying to get breakfast. She was more worry about her video call then the customers. Not a good stay at all.Plus there was firetrucks and everything there so it was hard to park to. Because a person set off fireworks."
