"Lovely stay at Massimi city garden hotel. On check in the receptionist Vaseli (sorry if name incorrect) was so welcoming and very informative. He gave excellent directions around the city for us with it being our first time in Rome and also recommended a lovely restaurant for food. The hotel was clean, modern and the beds are very comfortable. Nothing was too much, free shuttle to metro was great and the breakfast is lovely! Would definitely recommend staying here, can not fault anything! "

"This hotel is always spotless and very nice. Every day when we came back to our room, it exceeded our expectations—it was incredibly clean and well maintained. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have a huge number of options, but it was exactly our style of breakfast and perfect for us. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they always made a perfect cappuccino. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Just a note: toiletries...
