Avoid at all cost

Absolutely shocking stay. No confirmation email prior to arrival or key safe number. Spent an hour trying to contact them. When we finally got through we were about 1 hour from our location in Crewe, to be told sorry the room that you have booked has had a flood in the en suite. We have another property you can have a nice room with a lovely T.V in Stoke on Trent. I had an army reunion in Crewe why would I want to stay in Stoke??? Eventually we got offered a room in Crewe with two children's single beds. On entry it stank of stale smoke and factory strength urinal disinfectant. The sheets were clean however the mattress was absolutely Minging with stains everywhere. The en suite shower was blocked and the shower tray kept over flowing. Hot and cold intermittent water. House mates blaring music out until early hours. (Chinese style music). We had 2 hours kip if that, leaving the property early hours the next morning a Day and night early. Each to their own? me? I would not touch this company with a bargepole.

Good value but very basic

Not bad for the price. Good points - Quiet location, room recently refurbished, clean. Not so good - A long way from the railway station, bathroom can only be accessed via the kitchen.

We were unable to get into our room because there was no one there who knew about our reservations. It is not a hotel, just a house in a very dicey neighbourhood. Even if we could have got our room sorted out, we would have not felt comfortable staying there.
