"Price a little too high for a casual visitor"

"This property is not maintained well. We were given room with odor which we did not recognize initially then we found urine smell near couch area. Once reported new room was given. On first place how they can assign room like that and manager of property did not take any responsibility and no apology, while staff understand the concern."

"The place should be bulldozed"

"Run away please! Dead animals all around the property...and a beautiful sewer pool."

"We stayed 4 nights while visiting our kids in the Memphis area. The location was perfect for the activities we enjoyed in Midtown and east Memphis. Travel times were no longer than if we stayed downtown and the value was considerable. Breakfast was excellent. Room very comfortable. Hotel was completely renovated in 2020. It seems to be a popular accommodation for tour groups. Staff handled groups well and rooms/hallways were quiet. We stayed on 4th floor. Excellent value for our travel dollars....
