The room was filthy. Toilet paper rolls were used, there was roach poop in the top corners of the room. The bed side tables were broke. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy. There was paint on the walls like a toddler had painted their trim and gotten it everywhere. The pool said 24 hours online ...

The heater and phone wasn’t working correctly so we changed rooms. In my opinion the staff should have brought me keys to the new room and offered to help change rooms. I was asked to come get them.
