"Very disappointing stay. The air conditioning in our room didn't work all night despite multiple complaints, and the hotel couldn't fix it, provide a fan, or move us to another room. My family, including young children, barely slept because the room was unbearably hot. Instead of offering a refund, the hotel only offered a discount on a future stay. I expected much better customer service and would not recommend staying here."

"Stayed at the Percy hotel whilst on business and have to say the room and facilities were excellent. One standout was the restaurant which I dined in on both evenings. Speciality is the steaks and the Tuesday steak offer where I had a 16oz rump which I gave to say was the best cut of meat I have had in a very longtime. I would definitely put it on my must visit again places"

"Man on the desk was new, said “ not in the group chat with housekeeping so doesn’t know if rooms are ready” so he had to go and check each guests room to see if it was Our room was ready but no kids bed was out or set up.
