Hotel murah di Cross Lanes

"The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!! Dates they stayed were...

"The rooms smelled like mold/rotten cheese and had ants. It was pretty gross."

"Front desk staff was friendly. Everything else was poor. The floor was held together with black tape and was dirty. The refrigerator did not work and the area was noisy."

"Super clean room, good breakfast"

"The room I stayed in was very clean."

"Noisy a/c. Scratchy sheets."

"Remodeling didn't bother my stay. Late check-in without a hitch."

"This was a great vacation"

"We loved the view of the river. The staff was kind and helpful. We used the shuttle for picking up and dropping off our rental car and getting to the train station the next morning. Breakfast was very nice but not included. The waiter provided excellent service. The bathroom tub caulking was moldy black and pink along with a slightly moldy bathmat. Both needed replacing. Also the shower head was broken causing uneven flow. There was no microwave which we had in the room in our previous stay....

"Small dust spots above bed on ceiling. Bathroom toilet seat loose. Bathroom outdated. Bed and furniture were very nice"

"The room wasn't properly cleaned. The sofa bed had a dirty mattress with clothes from another guest on it. The carpet was a bit dirty. The extra sheets were crumpled and stuffed in a bag."
