Hotel Murah di Crossgates

"We arrived on a late Saturday evening flight, ready to go to sleep. The plug on the wash hand basin did not work so the basin would not drain. Staff were very concerned and apologetic, but could not call a maintenance person until Monday morning (we were only staying 1 night) and couldn’t offer a change of room as the hotel was fully booked. A very disappointing experience and the weekend price was poor value for money. I expect better from HIE."

"Room was too hot and the sign on the wall said the solution was to open a window ... fair enough, but when the airport is right beside a busy airport and road, it didn't make for a good night's sleep at all."

"We arrived on an early morning flight and luckily our room was ready when we got to the hotel. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Our check-in was seamless and we were made to feel welcome. Because of the short time we were in Scotland we didn't have an opportunity to dine in the hotel. "It has small bar and very accommodating staff , breakfast is good for the price I pay.We managed to check in early as the room is available and we did had a good rest as we have an early flight. Location is walkable to prince st. And deans village but you can get a bus going to town centre."

"The breakfast was very good but the breakfast at the sister hotel a few doors down was a bit better, little classier with a large continental selection. The was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. All of staff was very friendly and professional, they made some great recommendations for places to eat and things to see. The location was nice, it was a bit of walk to the castle but on the flip side you were not in the crowds."
