"The location and large room sizes were great. The pool area was dirty (hair and bandaids visible around the perimeter, dead bugs in the pool from a door that was propped open, etc) and in need of renovations. We arrived for breakfast at 9:15 and most items were out (eggs, waffles, oatmeal, etc). When we asked about more, they said they were out. "The room we were given was right adjacent to the outside bar. couldn’t open the shades for sunlight without people looking right into the room! was entertainer playing guitar which was loud in this room and we couldn’t adequately rest. staff did offer to move us be we had an event to get to so wasn’t time to pick up our things and move u til we got back but by then it was new staff at desk. disappointed with this room"

"Unfortunately everything but the staff was just OK. The staff were EXCELLENT! We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which is a rare find, and was thankful to find these accommodations for the event we were attending. The hotel looks like its being updated slowly?
