"Great "

"A lot of issues. The elevator looked like it has never been cleaned, inside & out looked like people just wiped greasy hands all over, yuck! The TV was set at 35, it wouldn't go any higher. It was almost impossible to hear above the air conditioning. No tissue in the room, no pad/pen, shower head was poor, breakfast was poor."

""I rented a room here and was wrongfully charged a fee for getting makeup on a towel. On top of that, housekeeping was incredibly lazy—they refused to bring us extra towels, forcing me to go down to the front desk myself on my second night. The housekeeping supervisor clearly had an issue with us for no reason; we were never rude, yet she flat-out refused a standard late checkout request. To make matters worse, management refused to show me any proof of permanent damage to the towels and...

"The Ladies at the front desk are so awesome, friendly and helpful. The lady running the breakfast was very nice, however , a lot of the prepared food was overcooked and burnt. The hotel is not well maintained. The elevator doors are greasy looking, the hallway carpets are filthy and the walls all over are dirty. They had a generous spread for breakfast, too bad so much was burnt."

"Need out door cameras for safety of staff and customers. There was a panhandle’s trying to bumming cigarettes from us. I can’t believe in this time there were no security cameras around this place Holiday Inn needs to step up their security."
