"Loved our stay here. Everything was clean, our room was nice. We were able to check in early since a room was available and the lady at the front desk was kind. Actually all the staff that was there was so nice and friendly. We were always greeted every time we walked in and left, all with smiles. "Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind! Terrell at the front desk was helpful, greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us to the Arlo! C from ALK onsite restaurant was friendly, and answered all oir questions about the dinner menu. She found out it was my birthday and even provided me with a complimentary bday dessert! The room was clean and super comfy! We will continue to stay here when in downtown Chicago!"
