"Staff was helpful and friendly when available. Complimentary wine and cheese was nice. Room Charadonay bed was too big. Consistently bumping on corners of bed frame. No place to store clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided. Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. "

"The hotel is in need of an upgrade/renovation. There is one elevator that makes protesting noises during ascent and descent. The waffle machine was not working. Other clients were friendly."

"The room looked much better in the photos than it did in person. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable odor throughout the room. The bed sheets had hair, dirt, and what appeared to be a dried yellow stain. There was mold on the door, the heater was not functioning, and the bathroom was not clean. Additionally, the floors throughout the room were dirty. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet expectations based on the listing."

"Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. We asked to have it cleaned and the front desk lady kept saying...

"The room was extremely dirty. There was something white that looked like bodily fluid all over the vanity chair so we couldn’t use it. The bathroom floor had dirt all over it. The entire room looked as if the only thing housekeeping did was come in and make the bed. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm after driving for 5 hours so I was not going to the front desk and asking for a new room or making a complaint. I checked the beds for bugs and we climbed in to go to sleep. This is when we realized...

"Everything was nice, clean and quiet. The only thing I needed to clean was the air conditioner filters and vents, because they were super dirty and make us sneeze and get runny nose. But besides that Everything was fine. I will definitely book again."

"The hotel was great especially the location. You have options to eat especially late at night. The amenities are great. My husband and I enjoyed the spa pool, while my boys enjoyed the pool for themselves. The rooms were comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the Body Wash and the Lotion were done. We only stood a night so it didn't make sense to complain because we realized at night. So I definitely recommend you check those things first before it's too late. Overall. our time there...
