Everyone on the staff has been extremely nice and accommodating.The number five bus runs every 10 to 15 minutes, which will take you anywhere you need to go in the village. "My wife and two kids had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Village this past week. The rooms were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull out sofa. Location was great, in the heart of the village but away from the loud nightclubs, ideal if you have small kids. "Great location right beside the Creekside Gondola. Spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, fireplace, ski lockers,and an outdoor hot tub & pool for those staying at the lodge. This is a top of the line experience. Easy access via YVR and a shuttle service (separate) that picks you up at the baggage claim area and drops you off at the front door of the lodge.
