"cushions soft,bed hard,Never changed the linen ,No water on arrival had to ask a few times was told no more left!,Breakfast was good ,No English language movie or such channels on Tv not even with subtitles,carpet had some stains on it, Rather a distance from all the attractions but trains,trams just outside the door that can get you to anywhere

"10/10 I can’t fault this hotel. Absolutely stunning decor. A wow as soon as you walk in. Polite and helpful staff. our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 12pm so we didn’t have to wait.
