"朝一の飛行機だったので不安でし たが空港までむかえに来ていてくれてチェックインも「大丈夫」とすぐにお部屋に通してくれました。お部屋の設備はあまり期待しないで下さい（金庫もレンジも使えませんでした）1日目はベッドメイキングもされていなかったので「やって欲しい」と連絡しました。多少のミスはあったものの従業員は一生懸命対応してくれて居心地は良かったです。リゾートなので虫はあきらめて（笑"

"What an idyllic location! The beach here is lovely and clean. My beachside bungalow had a simple, rustic charm that really appealed to me. The village is a 15 minute walk away, and has mini-marts plus a good choice of restaurants serving cheap and tasty food.
I particularly appreciated that (unlike some other nearby resorts) the Ancarine doesn't have music blaring out at its bar area - so you can enjoy your evening cocktail here in peace! The staff are super friendly and the service is...

"Attentiveness of staff is superb, any time you request something (esp via app) it is responded to and actioned immediately!
Clean rooms /villa very comfortable stay.
Food could be better -pizza especially lacked in flavour at poolside restaurant but we didn't often eat at hotel as city centre is not so far away.
Overall a wonderful stay."

"We fully enjoyed our few days at this hotel - the beach facing huts have all required facilities and are very clean and well maintained. The staff were attentive and keen to help. The beach and sea were lovely, and it was easy to get transport to various parts of the island to explore more widely. "

"Great stay, nice quiet location on the beach . Beautiful sunset views from the pool and beach. Staff were great very helpful and friendly . Decent breakfast everyday. Rooms were cleaned daily. All in all a very pleasant stay. "
