Buscábamos un lugar donde descansar, después de todo un día de paseo y este cumplió con las expectativas. Habitación está climatizada y pudimos dormir sin pasar frío. Tiene áreas de oportunidad, no tiene ventilación,y la humedad se concentra mucho en el baño y huele la habitación, el techo tiene algunas telarañas. Las camas estaban limpias, pero en la habitación si había algo de polvo. Necesitan actualizar fotos, porque si está muy cambiado a cómo se ve en la página.

Me decepciona la falta de respeto al cancelar las reservaciones de todas las personas el dia 14 de Marzo aun y cuando mi reservacion la hice desde Enero. por darle preferencia a un cliente autorizandole rentar todo el hotel el dia 13 de Marzo 2019,1 dia antes de mi estancia en Cuatro Cienegas , tengan cuidado al reservar en hostal doña Carlota, por que les puede pasar lo mismo.
