"I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. "

"The property is under construction. The drilling was going on all day so no sleeping in. In addition the room they gave us was old on the 4th floor and it smelled like mold while the 6th floor was brand new. We asked to move but they had no rooms available until our last night. Outside our room there was dust all over the place old rags and to make it worse housekeeping kept showing up after 3:30pm never in the morning.
