"Un hotel de lujo en todos los sentidos. Nuestra experiencia fue excelente: la habitación estuvo espectacular, muy cómoda, impecablemente limpia y con unas vistas hermosas. Además, la ubicación del hotel es excelente y todo el personal fue siempre muy atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Quiero destacar especialmente la seguridad, honestidad y calidad humana del personal del hotel. Nos olvidamos una maleta con una computadora y otras pertenencias importantes. El equipo del hotel la encontró, la guardó de manera segura, se comunicó y nos ayudó para que pudiera regresar a nuestras manos sin ningún inconveniente. Sin duda, este gesto se ganó nuestro corazón y nos confirmó que, además de ser un hotel espectacular, cuenta con grandes personas y un equipo con excelentes valores. Nos fuimos muy agradecidos y con la tranquilidad de haber estado en un lugar donde realmente cuidan a sus huéspedes y sus pertenencias. ¡Una experiencia increíble y un hotel que definitivamente recomendamos!"

"It is a really nice hotel. The staff was great. My only issue is that we had 4 rooms in the newly “renovated” section, and none of our rooms had hot water. The showers had lukewarm warm water. The location is excellent, at the restaurant, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had. Everything was amazing, except for the showers, and on a personal note, the water from the shower head came down from the ceiling, not the wall… and I found it uncomfortable."

"I don't know why this place has bad reviews. Staff is lovely and nice. Rooms are clean but obviously not 5 star. They do clean the rooms everyday which is more than I can say in the States. For the location and cost, definitely worth the price!! The wifi does is not great so be wary of that remote workers! Also breakfast was delicious and they did have a few veggie options as a vegetarian."

"Great location, i never imagine how easy was to get there and so close to the center, the staff was great and help me during my stay :) i needed to get my ticket for a concert and they told me where it was located. On the other hand the rooms do not have AC , but that ok is not that hot ; is fresh during the night and morning and they provide Fan too:) , the only downside will be the shower doors… it only has one side cover with glass , so prepare to splash water everywhere haha , Great stay tbh ❤️"
