Hotel murah di Cuba City

"While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

"Our room smelt like dog. I ask the desk clerk if they had designated rooms for animals. Her reply was I’m pretty sure every room has had a dog in it🙄 Not ok with that."

"The service is excellent, but the mattresses and sofa bed are in poor condition—the sofa bed is broken. The room is not worth the price I paid; it was an unpleasant experience. I would rate the person who handled our check-in 10 stars, but I would rate the customer service of the person at check-out as 4 stars."

"Location worked out well for us. Nothing extra special. We did not use the pool. We were slightly disappointed in the breakfast choices. Enjoyed our breakfast at Dottie’s Cafe. Half a mile away."

"Place is new, modern and clean. Staff needs better management. I called to request a steamer and was told I had to get it from the front desk. Once I get there they couldn’t find the steamers and said they would arrange for someone to bring one to our room. We requested extra towels and that also took at least half an hour to arrive. Staff were on their personal phones, some had a very unprofessional, unkept appearance. The cafe was okay. One barista was great but the next night a different...

"Property was really quiet at night for being almost at full capacity. Room was very clean. Parking lot is small and can get full, but I think there is other parking close by. Easy access to road to downtown. Friendly staff."

"The TV didn't work. There was a long sheet about how to get it working but who has that time? How about using the remote as usual? Every hotel should have blackout drapes but they did not. People moved into next room with a non-stop yipping dog. The stay overall was great but for price these issues need attention."

"Girls trip- big lobby just as pictured on their website. Loved the breakfast area (typical morning fare with a pancake maker instead of waffle maker...wonderful tea selection for us tea drinkers) which also served as a bar in the evening! We could order a glass of wine an sit out on their large back deck overlooking a beautiful lake. Very relaxing and great place when visiting Galena."
