"The bed was far too soft and uncomfortable, leading to poor sleep each night. Breakfast was low quality with limited hours, and the staff were not accommodating for early departures. Parking fees were also unreasonably high."

"We love the location. Near lots of restaurants. The hotel restaurant is nice too. A special shout out to Oscar in the Willowsong bar on the property. Oscar took great care of us!!"

"We had the unfortunate experience of being placed in the room next to the 24 hour fitness room. People were dropping weights at all hours. When we arrived in the room, there was an unusual smell. We couldn't figure out if it was an air freshener or something else. The location of the hotel is fantastic. There are several locations in DC within walking distance. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable."

"They put center air conditioner inside the room, the noise are horrible, and they didn't clean this unit at all brought the dust everywhere. Don't give your credit card to the front desk, they will say just hold and temporary charger.Don't believe them, they charger me $249 for nothing called them didn't pickup the phone. Very hard to got you money back!"

"The rooms are ridiculously small. You do not have access to both sides of the bed; must crawl over one another to get in/out. Their is only a cooler in the room, no fridge. Their was no ice bucket to get ice for the "cooler." The toilet was almost in the shower. It was so bad we got a refund and did not stay there"
